What this website does not do

This website uses no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no social media plugins. Fonts, scripts, images and the film are served from our own server; no third-party servers are contacted when you open a page.

Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referrer) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

Language preference

Your chosen language (EN, DE or TR) is stored in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. This value never leaves your device and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data. No cookies are set.

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form or write to us by email, we process the details you provide (title, name, email address, reason and message) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is sent to hallo@mr-roo.art by email and is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your inquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted unless legal retention periods apply.

You have the right to information about your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to hello@mr-roo.art. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
